I believe that legal counsel cannot possibly provide a client with the most effective and cost-efficient services unless that counsel possesses an in-depth understanding of his client’s business, strategic objectives and risk tolerance. For me in-depth understanding is gained through open and frequent communication between me and my client, a hallmark of my practice. I place a premium on being a good listener and recognizing that each client’s business is dynamic, not static, and that it has ever-shifting needs and priorities that are responsive to conditions in the marketplace. Since there is no “one size fits all” approach that can be put forward when it comes to the subject of client communication, I remain totally flexible to satisfy each client’s particular needs. One of my key objectives is to address complex legal matters and discuss them with clients in clear, understandable business terms.
I view myself as a facilitator of matters and transactions of every type, nature and description. I have consummated hundreds of deals across a broad range of industries and the frequently heard complaint that lawyers are “deal killers” simply does not apply to me. I am a “big picture” lawyer who has been recognized by the most prestigious rating agencies in the field of law as possessing outstanding negotiating skills and a solid corporate/business practice.
