The Law Office of Stephen A. Landsman PC, an Illinois Professional Corporation, has been formed to conduct the corporate, commercial and business law practice of Steve Landsman. Prior to the formation of The Law Office of Stephen A. Landsman PC, Mr. Landsman practiced law for many years as a senior partner at DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, where he also served in the capacity of Co-Chair of the Firm’s U.S. Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Subsequent to his years of practice at DLA Piper and just prior to commencing his own law practice, Mr. Landsman practiced for several years as a senior Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group and the Private Equity Practice Group of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, also a leading global law firm.

During the course of his career Mr. Landsman has been engaged as lead counsel in countless domestic and cross-border transactions and matters across a wide range of industries.
